Editing Custom Fields in the IRO Hub

The content of Custom Fields is editable directly in the Double Materiality module, making it easier to update and manage information associated with IROs.

This article covers editing the content held in Custom Fields on an IRO, not the fields themselves. To create or delete Custom Fields, or set which IRO type they apply to (their names and structure), see Managing Custom Fields.

Analysis Owners can edit Custom Field content at any point, unless the IRO is read-only because it is under review by SMEs. Assigned SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) can edit the content of the Custom Fields the Analysis Owner has made editable, on the IROs assigned to them, while their assessment is open.

Who can edit Custom Fields?

  • Analysis Owners can edit Custom Field content at any point, unless the IRO is read-only because it is under review by SMEs. While an IRO is out for SME assessment, its Custom Field content is read-only for the Owner. Editing rights return to the Owner once the SMEs submit their assessments.

Note: SMEs edit their own copy of the Custom Fields. The Analysis Owner reviews each SME's entries at the aggregation step. See Aggregating Multiple SME Assessments.

Notes

  • Creating, deleting, and setting the IRO type of Custom Fields is done at the Analysis Version level. See Managing Custom Fields.
