Once your Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) have completed their assessments, you regain editing and ownership rights and can aggregate the scores for each IRO. This applies to the IROs that were assessed: the IROs on bottom-up topics and any IROs routed to bottom-up. See Choosing a topic's materiality path: top-down or bottom-up.
How to aggregate scores
- Go to the IRO Hub in your analysis.
- Open a topic, then select an individual IRO.
- In the top-right corner, click the Reviewer Scores icon
to open the side panel.
Understanding the aggregated scores
The Reviewer Scores panel summarises all completed SME assessments:
- Numerical criteria (for example likelihood, magnitude): the platform shows a rounded up average score (no decimals) as the suggested final value.
- Non-numerical criteria: the most frequently selected answer is shown as the suggested value. If there is an even split (for example a 50/50 tie), it is flagged and you must choose a final value.
- Reviewer rationales: below each score, the written justification from each SME.
- Score drilldown: click into any criterion to see the individual scores from each SME.
Reviewing SME Custom Field submissions
Custom Field submissions are reviewed separately from the numerical scores. Each SME's Custom Field entries are shown per SME, following the same per-SME pattern as the reviewer rationales. Review the submissions and set the final IRO content based on the SME inputs.
Note: only Custom Fields marked as editable for SMEs appear in this review area.
Finalising the scores
As the Analysis Owner, you have two options:
- apply all suggested scores automatically, or
- adjust the final scores based on the SME inputs and rationales.
