Multi-select value stream tagging lets you assign more than one value stream to any IRO, so you can track and assess it across several streams without duplicating it.
What's new
You can now assign multiple value streams to any IRO using a multi-select list, for example, Core Operations, Upstream, and/or Downstream.
You can add or edit streams on all types of IRO, including:
- AI-generated IROs
- Uploaded IROs
- Manually created IROs
- Carried-over IROs from previous assessment versions
This allows richer categorization, so teams can track and assess IROs across multiple streams without duplicating them.
Multi-sub-stream tagging
To create and tag IROs with multiple sub-streams, you need access to the multiple sub-streams feature. See Using multiple sub-streams in your assessment.
Current limitations
- Import template: you cannot yet add multiple value streams through the import template. Upload IROs individually, then add the extra streams in the platform.
- Materiality Review visibility: multiple value streams are not yet shown in the Materiality Review tab. This is planned for a future iteration.
Step-by-step: tagging multiple value streams
1. Open the IRO
Go to the IRO you want to tag, and click its description to open the side modal with its details.
2. Add value streams
- In the Value Streams field, open the dropdown.
- Select one or more value streams from the multi-select list.
- Click the Save icon to apply your changes.
Your changes appear immediately in the IRO details.
Note: if your setup uses multiple sub-streams, you can also select one or more sub-streams from the multi-selector.
