Integrating survey results adds your issue prioritization survey results to a Stakeholder Analysis as a stakeholder group. Datamaran normalizes the results on upload, so you don't need to process the data first.
Note: This article applies to issue prioritization surveys and Stakeholder Analysis only. Screening survey results appear automatically on each topic in your DMA, with no download or upload. See Using the Evidence panel to choose a topic's materiality path.

- Include your own stakeholders' views alongside the data-driven sources in your analysis
- Upload results as they come from the survey, with no manual calculation
- Update your analysis whenever you run a new survey
How to integrate your survey results
Download the survey results
- In the left-side menu, open Survey.
- On the All surveys tab, click the download icon next to your survey.
Upload the results to your analysis
- Open your Stakeholder Analysis.
- Open the menu next to the analysis name and click View/ Edit Settings.
- Go to the Stakeholders section and select the stakeholder group where you want to add the results.
- Click Upload file and select the results file.
- Check that the data populates the stakeholder table.
- Click Save & Run analysis.
What happens after saving
Datamaran reruns the analysis with the survey results included for the selected stakeholder group. The results are normalized automatically.
Notes on how this feature is designed
- To compare audiences, upload each audience's survey to its own stakeholder group. Results from one file go into one group.
