      Creating a Matrix Visual Output for your Double Materiality Assessment

      After completing the Double Materiality Assessment (DMA) process, you can now view a visual matrix that displays your material topics in both Datamaran Topic and ESRS Topic views.

      This matrix helps you quickly see which topics are considered material (financial, impact, or both) and which topics fall below your materiality thresholds.

      How to Generate the Matrix

      1. Navigate to the Materiality Review tab and define at least one materiality threshold for your assessed IROs.

      2. Select the Materiality Overview tab.

      3. A matrix will be automatically generated, showing:

        • Topics with financially material IROs (when Risk/Opportunity thresholds have been set in the previous step)

        • Topics with impact material IROs (when Positive/Negative Impacts thresholds have been set in the previous step)

        • Topics that are both financially and impact material.

        • Topics that did not surpass the threshold (not material).

      4. Use the Datamaran/ESRS selector to switch between different nomenclatures of the topics.

      5. To export the visualization, click the Export button. The system will generate a PNG file for download.

      Notes

      • Topics will only appear in the matrix if they have at least one assessed IRO.

      • The matrix becomes available as soon as at least one threshold is defined in the Materiality Review tab.

      • You can toggle between Datamaran Topics and ESRS Topics views at any time.
