Supporting Browser
Datamaran is designed to be used in modern web browsers. If you’re having trouble accessing the platform, start by confirming you’re using a supported browser.
Supported browsers
You can access Datamaran using:

Microsoft Edge
Unsupported browser
Datamaran does not support Internet Explorer. If you try to use Internet Explorer, you may not be able to access the platform.
If you’re using a supported browser but still having issues
Try the steps below (in order):

Refresh the page and try again.

Open Datamaran in a private/incognito window.

Clear your cache and cookies, then sign in again.

Disable browser extensions (especially ad blockers/privacy tools) and retry.

Try a different supported browser (for example, switch from Chrome to Edge).
