The short-term regulatory risk drivers tab gives you additional insights to understand the relevance of this source in the issue and inform your strategy.

The short-term regulatory risk is assessed through the analysis of hard laws. The system analyzes the regulations based on the following:

- Those with an expected introduction date within six months;

- Those with an expected introduction date of over six months;

- Those with an active commencement in the current year or an update within the last two years;

- Those that are active laws (that don’t fall into the above categories).

In the timeline tab, you can analyze the evolution of the mandatory regulatory activity on each risk in the last ten years.
