Datamaran’s shared list feature allows you to save and access countries, industries, and company lists across your entire organization. This makes collaboration easier, avoids duplication, and speeds up your analyses.

Organization-wide access – Any list created by you or a teammate is available to all company users.

No repeated setup – Avoid creating the same list multiple times.

Faster analysis – Reuse existing lists across all Datamaran modules.
When browsing saved lists, you’ll see:

Your own lists first

Teammates’ lists next
Where to find Saved Lists
In any Datamaran module, open the sidebar and look just below the Countries/Industries/Peers section. All saved lists will be displayed there.
Creating a New List

Open the settings in any module.

Select Countries/Industries/Companies.

Choose from the dropdown or type in the country/industry/company names.

Click Save Selection and give your list a unique name.
List names must be unique across your company.

To reuse the list later, click its name in the sidebar modal - the list will be automatically applied.

Click Done.
Deleting a List

In the list modal, click the trashcan icon next to the list name.

Confirm deletion.
Note: Any user can delete any list, including those created by teammates. This action cannot be undone.
