SICS Sector & Industry Coverage
Datamaran uses the Sustainable Industry Classification System® (SICS®), created by SASB, based on companies’ sustainability-related risks and opportunities. SICS is used throughout the Datamaran platform, including within the settings of relevant modules, to help classify companies consistently by sector and industry.
You can use the SICS look-up tool available on the SASB website to find your company’s primary sector and industry:
- Once in the SASB page, scroll down to SICS® Look-up Tool
- Type in your company or Industry.
- This search tool will provide you with both the Primary SICS Sector and Primary SICS Industry
