[Double Materiality module]
Datamaran allows you to share an existing Double Materiality Analysis (DMA) with other users in your organization. This enables colleagues to explore the analysis in detail, including data sources, topic scores, and all identified Impacts, Risks, and Opportunities (IROs), along with their associated criteria where available.
How to Share a DMA Analysis
- In the Double Materiality module, locate the analysis you want to share.
- Click the three-dot menu next to the analysis name.
- Select Share analysis.
- In the pop-up window, search for and select the user you want to share the analysis with.
- Click Share to confirm.
How to View a Shared Analysis
If someone shares an analysis with you, you'll receive an email notification containing a direct link.
Option 1: Open from the email

Click the link in the email to open the shared analysis directly.
Option 2: Access from the platform

Navigate to the Double Materiality module.

Open the Analysis Name dropdown.

Look for the analysis labeled with the Shared tag and select it.
What You Can View in a Shared Analysis
Once opened, you'll be able to view the following:
- Analysis settings
- Underlying data sources
- Topic scores
- IROs, including scores and comments
- The Materiality Review tab.
Note: Shared analyses are read-only. Any changes made by the analysis owner will automatically be reflected in the shared version.
