Outlining the Executive Dashboard’s Short-term Regulatory Risk Drivers Tab

[Executive Dashboard module] 

The short-term regulatory risk drivers tab gives you additional insights to understand the relevance of this source in the issue and inform your strategy.

The short-term regulatory risk is assessed through the analysis of hard laws. The system analyzes the regulations based on the following:

• Those with an expected introduction date within six months
• Those with an expected introduction date of over six months
• Those with an active commencement in the current year or an update within the last two years
• Those that are active laws (that don't fall into the above categories)
• In the timeline tab, you can analyze the evolution of the mandatory regulatory activity on each risk in the last ten years
