The ‘Overview’ groups and categorizes risks into distinct groups to:
- Identify and prioritize blindspots in your risk register based on a gap analysis between their level of likelihood and your current level of public disclosure - more particularly, immediate attention should be given in priority to “New to assess” risks and “Existing to review” risks that are partially covered;
- Provide a summarized overview of all relevant risks in one glance, to be updated as needed (we recommend quarterly) and share with other senior leaders;
- Guide your Annual Report and risk disclosure by identifying gaps and opportunities.
