The issue mapping feature allows you to tailor your issue mapping by editing the issue name, description and the underlying topics.
Here’s how:

3. To create a new one, click "New issue mapping"
4. Select between the templates to create your issue mapping, you have two options:
First, the single industry sector templates. Select this option if you want to focus on a specific sector. Select the sector in the dropdown.
Second, multiple Industry sectors template. Select this option if you want to focus your analysis on multiple industries.
5. Click "Use this template" to access the Issue Mapping editor
6. In the Editor functionality you can delete and rename the issues, as well as the description and the underlying topics. You can also edit and add different categories for each of the issues included.
7. You also have the option to add new issues
8. To save your changes, name your new issue mapping
In the analysis creation and editing page, you can select your customized issue mapping from the list in the drop-down menu.
To edit an existing issue mapping that you are using in one or more analyses:
- Go to the Issue Mapping Module
- Select the issue mapping that you want to modify
- You will land on the Editor functionality, where you can delete and add issues. Rename the issues and edit their description or their underlying topics.
- Save your changes
When you save your changes, you will see a message informing you that the changes in your issue mapping will affect one or more analyses.
Be aware that edits in the Issue Mapping are not automatically updated to your analysis. Depending on the type of change you have done in your issue mapping, you will see different banners prompting you to apply the various changes in your analyses. The system will indicate if you need to adjust your custom data as well.
You can delete an existing issue mapping (only available if the issue mapping is not being used in the Analysis, Executive Dashboard, or Survey modules) and duplicate a custom issue mapping.
