  • A clear description of what you’re trying to do and what happened instead

  • The module/page you were using (for example: Survey, Analysis, Double Materiality)

  • Any error message (copy/paste if possible)

  • A screenshot or short screen recording (if you can share one)

  • Your browser (Chrome/Edge/Safari) and whether you’re on desktop or mobile
